Faber Online Publishing uses a goal oriented approach, when developing a website. This means that we primarily focus on what our clients want to achieve with a website. We compare the costs and the benefits, and base our design on the outcome of this comparison.
An example of such a goal is giving customer support for certain products, but one can think of numerous other goals. We basically divide these goals into three types: internal-, communication- and commercial goals.
